Procedure
Re-hiring is a very simple procedure.
One month before your contract is due we will send a reminder letter for those on six month, school year and full year hire contracts.
There is a renewal from attached to the letter which is to be filled out and sent via email here: hire@musicworks.co.nz
NB: There is no reminder letter for monthly hire customers. The monthly fee continues to be direct debited from your bank account until the instrument is returned, or a new hire period option is chosen.

Please include details of your account number and name as a reference.
Payment of electronic banking is an acceptance of renewing the rental contract as per the Terms and Condition as the original contract.
